The 369 Method
The 369 Method combines the power of focused intention with the principles of sacred geometry and numerology (3 for connection to source, 6 for inner strength, 9 for letting go).
How to Practice It:
Choose One Affirmation: Select a single, clear affirmation for what you want to manifest. It should be in the present tense (e.g., "I am so grateful to have received an unexpected $1,000").
Write it Down:
- 3 times in the morning, as soon as you wake up.
- 6 times in the middle of the day.
- 9 times at night, right before you go to sleep.
Focus and Feel: As you write each line, don't just mindlessly copy it. Try to hold the feeling of your desire as already accomplished for at least 17 seconds. This focused attention is the key.
Repeat: Continue this practice for 33 or 45 days.
This method works by repeatedly programming your subconscious mind and maintaining a high vibrational state throughout the day.
